Belle and Company Lookbook Design.

I wanted to explore layout design in a more expressive way than newspaper layout, so I modeled a lookbook based on the boutique that I worked for, Belle and Company. This project combined layout design along with photography. I was inspired by fashion lookbooks that would come to the store. Looking at them made me want to pursue this project. While researching fashion layout design and advertising, I noticed that emphasis is directed toward the clothing by using subtle elements that guide the eye. Busy designs were not common, as they may draw attention away from the products. Below is a gallery of the best pages included in this lookbook.
